In the first half of 2026, the Agency School continued to operate in its traditional format, maintaining a high standard of training for new specialists and professional development for existing agents.
The training covered insurance products, practical exercises, and the development of sales, consulting, and customer service skills. Direct interaction with instructors, practical case studies, and mentoring allowed participants to gain not only knowledge, but also valuable professional experience.
At the same time, 2026 marked the beginning of a new stage in the development of the company’s educational system.
In the second half of the year, the Company launched a large-scale project to automate the Agency School. The Company began developing a modern digital learning ecosystem that will bring agent training to a qualitatively new level.
The project includes:
1. automation of educational processes;
2. implementation of digital tools for knowledge assessment and testing;
3. development of distance learning;
4. creation of a unified educational environment for agents from all regions;
5. expansion of analytical and participant progress monitoring capabilities;
6. increasing the accessibility and scalability of training.
Digital transformation will make training more flexible, personalized, and effective, while maintaining a high standard of professional development.
The automation project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026. Its implementation will become an important step in the development of the agency network of JSC «NSC» and will open a new chapter in the history of the Company’s corporate education.
